Vision & Beliefs
Netchurch is founded on the two most important commandments in Matthew 22:37-40 which states:
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
We believe that every other command is accomplished by actively demonstrating these two commandments. Loving God first and foremost and loving others as yourself genuinely embodies all of our values.
Our vision is to facilitate a connection between you and God and between you and other people. We want you to have a real and personal relationship with God through His son, Jesus. We believe that this is made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus. This incredible act of sacrificial and unconditional love and grace made it possible for us to restore our right and personal relationship with God the Father, the creator of the heavens and the earth.
1 Corinthians 13:13 states:
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
We have faith that we are saved and receive salvation through Jesus.
We have hope that Jesus is returning for the ultimate encore in which He will destroy evil once and for all. We have love that we receive from Him, express back to Him, and pour out freely and abundantly to all people on earth.
Romans 10:9-10 states:
…that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
This is the beginning of our faith and relationship with Jesus. From this point, all else follows in our transformation as we journey through life with Him by our side.
